Functional Analyst

• Analyze, enhance, develop, and implement technical solutions for student information systems.
• Support and maintain ro systems and data integrity.
• Develop and support reports and data analysis.
• Coordinate data maintenance and cleanup.
• Provide technical assistance and training to staff.
• Participate in system testing and upgrades.
• Support operational procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with it and stakeholders on system design and functionality

Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, computer science, data analytics, or related field; 2 years general experience and 4 years relevant experience in enterprise environment, preferably in academic student systems; proficiency with student information systems (Banner preferred), sql, databases, reporting tools, html, and content management systems; excellent communication, problem-Solving, and organizational skills.
