Therapy Support Navigator

The therapy support navigator assists mental health professionals with screening, assessment, and the development of treatment plans for children and youth. They also facilitate psycho-Educational groups and provide outreach support while coordinating community resources for families.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field. A minimum of three years of practical experience in a children's mental health setting is required, along with a valid driver's license and vehicle.
