The speech-Language pathologist provides services within the core team, supporting children, youth, and families through assessment and consultation within a multi-Disciplinary model of care. Responsibilities include completing screenings, standardized assessments, providing recommendations, and documenting findings in the electronic health record.
Candidates must possess active registration with the alberta college of speech and language pathologists and audiologists (Acslpa) and have a minimum of three years of pediatric experience, with mental health experience being an asset. Employment is conditional upon passing background checks and maintaining therapeutic crisis intervention (Tci) certification.
