Core responsibilities
The therapy support navigator will assist mental health therapists/Physicians in screening and assessment interviews to develop treatment plans, while also participating in the case management of assigned caseloads. Responsibilities include providing hands-On coaching to family members, coordinating treatment groups, offering community outreach support, and developing resource lists for referrals.
Requirements summary
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of practical experience in a children’s mental health treatment setting, focusing on complex diagnoses. A valid class 5 driver's license and the ability to pass required crisis intervention certifications are mandatory conditions of employment.
