Employment Counsellor - Building Workforce Capacity - (CF) Gianna Centre

The employment counsellor provides individualized coaching and group workshops to help marginalized mothers develop skills and secure meaningful employment. They also manage participant intake, maintain case documentation, and coordinate with community partners to address systemic barriers.

Candidates must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license with at least two years of canadian driving experience and a reliable vehicle. A satisfactory police information check, including a vulnerable sector check and child intervention record check, is required.
