Community Specialist I

The community specialist provides direct care and purposeful support to children and youth with disabilities in a safe, engaging environment. They are responsible for program planning, fostering genuine relationships, and assisting participants with personal care and community integration.

The role requires a minimum of a high school diploma and the ability to align with the organization's core values. Candidates must obtain a clear police information check, intervention record check, and intermediate first aid/Cpr level c certification upon hire.
