The community specialist will provide direct care and purposeful support in an engaging, fun, and safe environment, fostering genuine relationships and empowering participants to achieve their goals. Responsibilities also include modeling appropriate behaviors, assisting with personal care, maintaining accurate documentation, and complying with emergency procedures.
The minimum education requirement is a high school diploma with little or no related work experience required. Candidates must align with core values, and upon hire, require a clear police information check, intervention record check, and intermediate first aid certification cpr level c and aed.
