Speech Language Pathology Assistant - Fleetwood Surrey

The assistant will support the speech language pathologist team by implementing treatment plans, carrying out therapy sessions based on established goals, and determining the need for or developing intervention materials. Responsibilities also include documenting treatment sessions, recording patient response data, and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Candidates need secondary courses in linguistics or language development to be successful in this role, with a post graduate certificate in communicative disorders being an asset. One to two years of community experience and experience with virtual care are also preferred qualifications.
