MLA Instructor

Responsibilities include participating in the development of curriculum according to bcsls competencies for lab assistants and providing excellent learning and teaching experiences for students. The role also requires participating in student academic progress through constant evaluation and feedback, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Candidates must be a certified medical lab assistant with over 10 years of field experience, or possess over 2 years of teaching experience in the same field. For teaching laboratory sections specifically, the required qualification is a certified medical laboratory technologist.
