Candidates must possess an active and current michigan teaching license in the appropriate content area and hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field. Essential qualifications include comfort in a growth-Focused coaching environment, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage confidential information, and passing federal and state criminal background checks.
