Under the head coach, this role assists in the coaching, management, and coordination of the men's hockey program, ensuring adherence to usports bylaws and university policies to develop player potential. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, planning workouts, conducting practices, scouting, administrative tasks, and monitoring student-Athlete academic progress.
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree is required, along with five years of coaching experience, preferably at the university or national level, and excellent leadership skills for recruitment. Candidates must demonstrate integrity, discipline, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
