Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a health or occupational health and safety discipline, supplemented by relevant coursework or experience, and ideally hold or be eligible for a professional ohs designation. A minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare environment, particularly in ohs or a related safety role within a complex unionized setting, is required.
