This role involves collaborating on transition plans, conducting needs assessments, providing resources, and ensuring connections to family, community, and culture are maintained.
Requirements summary
Candidates need a degree in a human services field, or a diploma plus one year of experience if self-Identifying as indigenous, along with a minimum of one year working with vulnerable youth facing complex needs. A valid bc class 5 driver's license, eligibility for c3 delegation in bc, and knowledge of indigenous culture are also mandatory.
