Post Majority Worker-F/T (Langley)-1846

The post majority worker supports young adults who have left care in transitioning successfully to adulthood and independence by developing and pursuing goals and connecting them to relevant adult service systems. This role involves collaborating on transition plans, conducting needs assessments, providing resources, and ensuring connections to family, community, and culture are maintained.

Candidates need a degree in a human services field, or a diploma plus one year of experience if self-Identifying as indigenous, along with a minimum of one year working with vulnerable youth facing complex needs. A valid bc class 5 driver's license, eligibility for c3 delegation in bc, and knowledge of indigenous culture are also mandatory.
