Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a two-Year diploma in human services or equivalent experience, along with a strong understanding of indigenous culture, history, family systems, and relevant legislation like the bc child, family and community services act. Required abilities include excellent oral communication emphasizing indigenous techniques, experience working with at-Risk youth, and maintaining cultural competence.
