Infant and Child Development Worker

The infant and child development worker is responsible for the care of children at the bethany hope centre, assisting in planning and delivering childcare programs within legal and safety frameworks. Key duties include planning age-Appropriate activities, interacting with parents regarding child development, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring facility cleanliness.

Candidates must have completed high school plus specialized training like an early childhood education assistant course or equivalent, with over three months of related experience in a childcare setting. Possession of current first aid/Cpr certification and the ability to pass a criminal police check before the start date are mandatory.
