The early childhood assistant provides a safe, nurturing, and happy learning environment, supporting children's overall well-Being and development aligned with how does learning happen? (Hdlh). Responsibilities include co-Constructing activities, maintaining safety, and building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess one year of related experience, along with excellent oral and written communication skills. Required certifications include a criminal reference check with vulnerable sector screening, an updated medical, standard first aid & level c cpr.
