We are a leading boutique swim school dedicated to providing high-quality swimming programs and promoting water safety. Our skilled instructors are passionate about delivering outstanding teaching and ensuring a fulfilling and enjoyable swimming journey for all learners.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for swimming and teaching, with an emphasis on safety, technique, and fostering a love for swimming.

Responsibilities

Conduct swimming lessons for children and adults of various skill levels, following our established curriculum and lesson plans. Provide personalized instruction and guidance to each student, ensuring their safety and progress in the water. Assess students' swimming abilities and make necessary adjustments to instruction to meet individual needs. Teach proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing techniques, and water safety skills. Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to develop confidence and enjoy swimming. Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance.

Qualifications

Valid CPR-C, SFA, and National Lifeguard required. Competitive swimming background is an asset! Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with children and adults of all ages. Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional instruction.
