The sales training manager will design, deliver, and optimize education programs to enhance the commercial capabilities of the j&j surgical vision field sales organization in canada. This involves leading the development of onboarding and continuous learning programs covering anatomy, procedures, clinical concepts, and products for the cataract business.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, commercial training, or capability development within medtech, pharma, or healthcare. Ophthalmic experience and skills in selling, customer interaction, and project management are preferred.
