The national medical education manager will own the development and execution of the national medical education strategic plan for the oncology portfolio, working closely with medical directors to align on medical strategy. Key responsibilities include leading strategic planning, deriving educational insights, developing educational assets, measuring impact, and managing the ta budget for medical education.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree and 7 years of progressive business experience in the pharmaceutical/Medical education industry, or a master's degree and 5 years of experience, is required. Candidates must possess knowledge of pharmaceutical regulated standards, medical education field, adult learning theory, and strong skills in leadership, communication, metrics, and project management.
