Core responsibilities

Key duties include assessing current roles for gaps, designing role-Specific learning pathways, overseeing new hire orientation, and determining delivery models for a formal learning management system.
Requirements summary
Candidates should ideally possess a post-Secondary diploma, certificate, or degree in education, leadership coaching, or learning management systems, alongside over five years of experience managing training development in compliance-Driven or high-Risk environments. Essential qualifications include proven experience designing training, expertise in adult education principles, and proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance learning experiences.
