Candidates should ideally possess a post-Secondary diploma, certificate, or degree in education, leadership coaching, or learning management systems, alongside over five years of experience managing training development, especially in compliance-Driven or high-Risk environments. Proven experience in designing training frameworks, utilizing lms software, and applying adult education principles is essential.
