Core responsibilities
The program development educator (Pde) is responsible for providing education services consistent with overall program direction for rural facilities and community-Based services, working under the direction of the primary health care (Phc) manager. Responsibilities include assessing staff learning needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating education activities, and providing consultative support using research.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing (Bscn) or a comparable degree in education/Adult learning, along with three years of experience in the specific clinical area and experience teaching adults.
