Associate Vice President of Human Resources

The associate vice president of human resources develops and implements the university’s hr strategy, serving as a key partner and advisor to senior leaders on all human resources matters. This role leads the hr office, providing strategic and day-To-Day oversight across functions like employee relations, compliance, talent management, and compensation.

A bachelor's degree and six years of experience are required, including at least three years in specific hr functions like talent acquisition, labor relations, or compensation, alongside management experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, civil rights investigations, and possess exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills.
