The administrative support coordinator performs extensive clerical, fiscal, and administrative duties supporting the daily operations of eight centers within ciace, focusing heavily on fiscal accuracy, compliance, and coordination of transactions like procard reconciliations and vendor payments. This role also provides essential administrative support for travel, payroll, procurement, and event coordination across these departments.
Minimum requirements include a high school education or equivalent combined with several years of related office work experience, specifically three years of progressively responsible general office clerical work involving public contact, word processing, and spreadsheets. Candidates must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-Solving skills, along with the ability to interpret and apply complex policies independently.
