The incumbent is responsible for the administrative support and coordination of the art + film department, focusing on office coordination, department support, personnel administration, and fiscal management. Key duties include managing departmental operations, coordinating schedules, handling budgets, processing personnel documents, and assisting with class scheduling and curriculum support.
Minimum qualifications require fully functional knowledge of standard office procedures, strong english grammar/Spelling/Punctuation, and the ability to learn new office technology systems. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and three years of progressively responsible administrative support experience, preferably in an academic setting with diverse populations.
