Students will work under direct supervision to provide clinical services, including crisis intervention and ongoing case planning involving clients and families. Responsibilities also involve maintaining client files, developing and delivering life skills modules, and advocating for clients to access community resources.
Applicants must be students in recommended programs such as criminology or child and youth care worker, and must be comfortable working in a high-Risk environment with rotational schedules, potentially including evenings, weekends, and 12-Hour shifts. Screening requirements include tb testing, a police records check for service with the vulnerable sector, and two professional references.
