The worker will facilitate the weekly spectrum program for 2slgbtq+ youth aged 16-24 alongside peer support workers, focusing on implementing meaningful programming that fosters inclusion and safe spaces. Responsibilities also include collaborating with youth leadership groups, collecting and analyzing program data for kpis, and maintaining social media platforms for outreach.
Candidates should possess post-Secondary education in social work or a related field, along with two years of experience working with youth, preferably in community development, demonstrating proficiency in youth engagement practices. Essential requirements include fluency in both french and english, demonstrated crisis intervention skills, and an understanding of the barriers faced by formerly homeless lgbtq2s+ youth.
