Student: Walk In Clinic/ Core Counselling Services

Students will participate in direct access, single counselling sessions for youth and parents in a walk-In clinic, assessing risk factors, strengths, and supports. They will also have opportunities to engage in reflective processes, clinical consultations, and supervision groups within core counselling services.

This is an unpaid student placement requiring the ability to work rotational schedules, including evenings and weekends, and must meet standard screening requirements like tb testing and a police records check. Applicants must specify their school program, placement choices, date range, total hours, and language abilities in their cover letter.
