Climbing skills counsellors execute all aspects of the challenge course program, including dynamic and static elements, while maintaining equipment and ensuring programs meet risk management standards. They are also responsible for delivering a safe, camper-Focused experience with opportunities for experiential learning and providing additional cabin support.
Candidates must possess cui level 1 certification or be willing to acquire it, along with current cpr 'c' or higher certification, and must pass clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector checks. Experience working with children and youth, as well as coaching experience or certification, are considered advantageous.
