The supervisor provides on-Floor supervision, functional direction, and guidance to clinic staff while overseeing daily operations, optimizing resources, and arranging technical coverage. This role also involves assisting with technical instruction and labs for veterinary and veterinary technology students.
Candidates must possess a diploma from a recognized two-Year veterinary technology or animal health technology program and be registered or eligible for registration with the savt. A minimum of five years of recent experience as a registered veterinary technician, including substantial large and small animal clinical practice, plus three years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting is required.
