The director oversees long-Term asset management and the planning, development, and execution of major infrastructure projects to ensure facilities meet pedagogical, safety, and regulatory standards. This includes developing master plans, overseeing capital projects, managing maintenance systems, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in building/Civil engineering or architecture, along with at least five years of experience in capital project management, including progressive leadership roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in english and functional french are also required.
