The primary duty is to keep the emergency phone active, responding to all calls and messages professionally in english, assessing situations, and resolving or escalating urgent issues like student transfers, housing concerns, or health incidents. This includes distinguishing emergencies from non-Emergencies and immediately escalating life-Threatening cases to leadership.
Candidates must be fluent in spoken and written english, possess strong communication and problem-Solving skills, and remain calm while handling pressure. Reliability, flexibility to respond at all hours during coverage times, and access to reliable internet are essential for this on-Call role.
