The team lead is responsible for assisting with the planning and development of day camp programs and services according to ymca standards, ensuring participant satisfaction while acting as the on-Site lead. Major duties include coordinating activities, managing supplies, communicating with guardians, assisting with staff scheduling, and ensuring all safety standards are met.
Candidates must possess an ontario secondary school diploma (Ossd) and have a minimum of one year of supervisory experience, along with excellent communication and computer skills. Required certifications include current standard first aid and cpr c, and a current satisfactory police record check with vulnerable sector.
