Key duties include processing registrations, managing account adjustments, handling withdrawals, split billing, refunds, invoicing, reconciliation, and providing direct customer support for family and third-Party accounts.
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of administrative support experience in a fast-Paced office setting, along with effective english communication skills and the ability to type 60 words per minute. Essential qualifications also include demonstrated sound judgment, prioritizing skills, proficiency in microsoft office, math skills, accounting experience, and a required first aid/Cpr-C certificate.
