The outreach mental health worker provides intensive home-, school-, and community-Based assessment and treatment interventions for children and youth (0-18) and their families. Key duties include coordinating services, developing individualized treatment plans, providing consultation, and delivering caregiver skill-Building interventions.
Candidates must possess a child & youth worker diploma or a related degree/Diploma, along with a minimum of three years of experience in children's mental health. Proven ability to support caregivers with various challenges, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously are essential requirements.
