The role involves supporting the daily management of the equestrian sector to ensure a safe, structured, and motivating experience for campers while supporting the monitor team. Responsibilities include assisting with staff training, organizing camper groups by riding level, supervising equestrian activities, and providing teaching support when necessary.
Candidates must be students aged 18 or older, demonstrating responsibility, organization, and proactivity, with good leadership sense and maturity. Significant experience in camp settings and/Or horseback riding is considered an important asset, and availability from mid-May to august 22nd is mandatory.
