The main responsibility is ensuring the daily management of the entire equestrian sector, including the riding school, summer camps, two stables, and 35 horses and ponies, while prioritizing horse welfare and the quality of client instruction. This involves mobilizing the team and contributing to the development and visibility of the equestrian sector.

The ideal candidate must possess solid experience in teaching and training, with proven ability to manage a stable and supervise work teams effectively. Strong organizational skills, field presence for supervision and unforeseen event management, and administrative comfort for scheduling and client follow-Up are essential.
