This role involves proactively assessing education programming needs, managing staff performance, developing learning plans, and delivering practice education aligned with organizational goals.
A bachelor’s degree in nursing (Or equivalent) is required, with a master's preferred, along with current registration with the provincial nursing regulatory body. Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of recent, relevant clinical nursing experience, including developing education programs and materials.
