The instructor will facilitate student learning in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings, preparing and delivering lesson plans, learning activities, and assessments aligned with course objectives. Key duties also involve supervising students during clinical placements to ensure safe practices and maintaining accurate student records.
Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of full-Time nursing experience, including 2800 hours working with older adults with complex health needs, and experience in home support and multi-Level care. The role requires the ability to teach adult learners, and ideally, a provincial instructors diploma or the willingness to obtain one with college assistance.
