This role involves owning and evolving the end-To-End manager development strategy, operationalizing the succession planning program, and designing, developing, and delivering blended learning programs focused on leadership skills. The specialist will also lead the cliftonstrengths development program, facilitate learning experiences, and leverage ai tools for content development.
Candidates must have over 7 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering corporate learning programs, with at least 5 years focused on building and facilitating development programs for people leaders. Deep expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, confident facilitation, and comfort partnering with senior stakeholders are essential.
