This role involves designing and developing retail-Specific training solutions, translating complex product knowledge into engaging learning materials, and ensuring frontline teams are experts in the product catalog and customer obsession. The specialist will also lead in-Person onboarding and product knowledge sessions for every new store opening through required travel.
Candidates must have over 2 years of experience in learning & development, specifically designing and delivering programs for frontline or retail teams, and must be comfortable commanding a room. A valid passport and the ability to travel freely between canada and the us are mandatory requirements, along with legal authorization to work in canada.
