Manager, Learning & Development/Facilitator - (14 Month Contract)

The role involves partnering with business and hr stakeholders to develop comprehensive learning strategies and facilitating workshops across various levels of the organization. Additionally, the manager will evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Candidates should have a post-Secondary education in a relevant field and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in designing learning solutions for adult learners. Bilingual proficiency in english and french is required.
