Manager, Learning & Development

This role involves collaborating with leaders and hr to align learning strategies with organizational goals, ensuring solutions contribute to measurable business outcomes. The manager will lead the entire learning lifecycle, from design and delivery to measurement, while focusing on elevating leadership capability across the organization.

Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience designing and implementing strategic, learner-Centric learning solutions, supported by post-Secondary education in adult learning, hr, or od. Essential requirements include strong consulting skills, comfort with budget management, polished communication for senior audiences, and knowledge of emerging learning trends.
