Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid emergency first aid certificate, along with enthusiasm for working with children and animals. Essential qualities include excellent leadership, teamwork experience, strong organizational and verbal communication skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
