Nursing Education Program Implementation Specialist (Remote)

The implementation specialist will outline plans for implementing nursing & health education products into customer programs, setting timelines and ensuring internal partners deploy resources correctly. They will work directly with customers and internal teams to meet deliverables, report on project status, and transition accounts to customer success managers upon successful implementation.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree and ideally have experience in nursing education within higher education. Required experience includes 1-2 years in customer-Facing roles such as sales, project coordination, customer success, or customer service.
