Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, developing and evaluating individualized care plans based on evidence-Based practices, and educating patients and families. Staff nurses will also collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, and advocate for patient rights and dignity.
Candidates must be a registered nurse in good standing eligible for registration with the bc college of nurses and midwives, possessing a minimum of 1-2 years of medical or surgical experience. Essential skills include demonstrated competence in cpr, teamwork, decision-Making, conflict resolution, and a teaching aptitude.
