The manager, clinical development will lead the execution of clinical training programs focusing on digital dentistry, patient education, hygiene optimization, and orthodontic integration across clinics. This includes ensuring training and workflows are effectively implemented at the clinic level through direct coaching and support.
Candidates must possess an active dental hygiene license/Registration, coupled with over 10 years in dental hygiene experience and 5+ years in mentoring. Essential abilities include thriving under pressure, strong presentation skills, digital scanning experience (Itero preferred), and the capacity to travel up to 80%.
