A bachelor's degree in a related field such as human resources, sociology, or education is required, with preference given to candidates experienced in diversity and inclusion work or holding relevant edi certifications. Candidates must demonstrate strong skills in training facilitation, communication, data analysis, and planning, alongside a solid understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles.
