This role ensures all personnel are educated on workplace safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and emergency procedures to promote a strong safety culture.
A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in occupational health and safety, education, training and development, or a related field is required, or an equivalent certification with extensive training experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and delivering health and safety training, preferably in a municipal or public sector environment, is necessary.
