The health and safety training officer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive health and safety training programs across the organization. This role includes ensuring that all personnel are educated on workplace safety protocols and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related field and at least two years of experience in health and safety training. Certifications such as certified safety professional (Csp) and first aid are preferred.
